LANEIGE is conserving the ocean by collaborating with local
communities in China & Thailand

To protect our beach, LANEIGE will take part in an ocean cleanup project.

In May 2023, LANEIGE and WWF signed an international partnership among 3 countries (Korea, China, and Thailand) for marine conservation. The goal of this partnership is to collaborate on conservation activities around local communities that are designed to protect our oceans.

Adopt-a-Beach Program

In 2021, we designated Cheongpodae Beach, Taean as one of our project locations and conducted plogging events. We have collected 236 tons of marine debris in 2022.

Sponsoring activities for conservation and sustainable management of marine resources

In China, LANEIGE will sponsor the Blue Planet Fund of WWF-CHINA to support research institutions and organizations committed to the conservation and sustainable management of marine resources. It will also invite employees of Amorepacific to its plogging events in Sanya Shi, Hainan.

Working Together to Protect the Ocean

In Thailand, LANEIGE will build a community for marine conservation, together with 10 local communities and schools located along the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea. In 2023, it will support public awareness and cleanup projects with the goal of collecting 90 tons of marine debris every year.
