LANEIGE Philippines Official Store Closure Notice

We want to let you know about an important change to LANEIGE Philippines Official Store, the online store operated by AMOREPACIFIC Philippines.

 

What's happening

After careful consideration, AMOREPACIFIC Philippines will be closing LANEIGE Philippines Official Store effective September 30th, 2026. This is part of AMOREPACIFIC Philippines 's withdrawal of its Philippine operations. The store will continue to operate as normal until the closure date, after which we will no longer accept new orders or process transactions.

 

Your account and personal data

We handle your personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Please note:

• Personal data subject to a legal retention requirement (e.g., tax and accounting records) will be retained only for the period required by law, kept separately from other data, and securely disposed of afterward.

• Personal data not subject to any legal retention requirement will be securely and irreversibly deleted within 30 days after September 30th, 2026.

• Your data will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time before September 30th, 2026 by contacting our Customer Service team below.

 

Your loyalty points, coupons, and membership

• Customers who have accumulated sufficient points to qualify for coupon conversion may redeem their coupons until September 30, 2026.

• Any unused eligible points or coupons will expire after September 30, 2026.

• Points/coupons may be redeemed for purchases until the redemption deadline.

 

Orders, returns, refunds, and product warranty

• All orders placed before September 30th, 2026will be fulfilled and delivered as scheduled. If we are unable to fulfill an order, you will receive a full refund within 60 business days.

• Return and refund requests may be submitted until September 30th, 2026 and will be processed in line with our return policy and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

• Products purchased from “LANEIGE Philippines Official Store” remain covered under their original warranty terms regardless of the store's closure. For warranty claims after September 30th, 2026, please contact us using the details below.

 

Product safety concerns

If you experience any adverse reaction or safety concern related to a product purchased from “LANEIGE Philippines Official Store”, you can report it at any time — before or after the store closes — through:

AMOREPACIFIC Philippines will continue to meet its product safety reporting obligations to the Philippine FDA even after LANEIGE Philippines Official Store closes.

 

Closing your account or deleting your data

You may close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time before September 30th, 2026by emailing quiocson@ph.amorepacific.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," including your registered email address and full name. This process is no more complex than signing up. If you take no action, your account will be automatically closed on September 30th, 2026 and your data will be handled as described above.
